ORGrove waitlist privacy notice

Who holds your data

OpsVision AI Systems Pvt. Ltd. holds the data you give us when you join the ORGrove waitlist, and is responsible for it.

What we collect

Your work email, your role, your company size, the tools you use (if you choose any), your interest in being a design partner, and the time you gave consent together with the version of this notice you agreed to.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies of our own.

Why we collect it

To contact you about ORGrove and about design partnership. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until 30 June 2027 and then delete it, except for people who are in an active design-partner conversation with us at that date.

Deleted data may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 35 days after it is deleted, and is then gone from them too.

How to delete your data

The confirmation email we send from info@orgrove.com when you join contains a personal delete link. It works for 30 days from the day we send that email and deletes your data straight away.

At any time, you can also write to info@orgrove.com and ask us to delete your data. We will complete a written request within 7 days of receiving it.

Bot check

The form uses AWS WAF CAPTCHA, a service of Amazon Web Services, to check that a person rather than a bot is signing up. It may store a short-lived token in your browser for that check.
